A simple typo, they say, explains it all! Now confirmed in both Chicago and Washington by real insiders, we have the full story. Apparently, the original motto for the recent Democratic Presidential Campaign was Chang, we can believe him! -- in honor of the major funding from Taiwan. One of the campaign staffers, however, made a simple error and added an "e"! And now we wonder why Wall Street continues to control economic policy! And why Cuba remains ostracized!
